The weather was warm with a slight breeze. The forecast rain didn’t appear. Great performances all round.
The open graded finished on a high with the 3,000m Alastair Walker M65 world master champion hit masters world record pace to finish 2nd in 9:43:70. Darrel Hastie took first place in 9:03:64.and well done to Zico Field U17 in 3rd place 9:44:63.
