Senior Endurance Running 6:00pm – 7:00pm Meet at Netherdale Car park, Tweed Road opposite Gala Fairydean. £1 honesty box. Mixture Road & Off Road sessions.
This is a mixed ability group that follow a set program run by experienced qualified UK Athletic Coaches. For new runners you can drop me a note and let me know you are coming or just come along ready to run. You will have a few weeks to give it a try before deciding to Join the club
