On Tuesdays, senior athletes can choose one of the following training sessions:
🏃 Senior Track Session
Time: 6:15pm to 7:15pm
Location: Tweedbank Sports Complex, TD1 3RS
Cost: £2 track fee per session
🛣️ Senior Endurance Road Running
Time: 6:15pm to 7:15pm
Meeting Point: Currie Road Car Park (next to ASDA)
Cost: £1 contribution via the honesty box
Joint Track Session
Every 4 weeks, both sessions will come together at Tweedbank for a joint track session on the following dates:
